Plain terms for orders and team lunches.
1. Who we are
BuraqHospitality Ltd, company no. 17153833, registered in England & Wales. Registered office: 30 Pennant Crescent, Cardiff CF23 6LN. We are a registered food business with the City of Cardiff Council (Shared Regulatory Services). The cook and director is Hooria Khalid. 2. Service days and times
Monday to Friday, excluding days we publish as closed. First deliveries Monday 28 September 2026. Boxes are cooked the same morning and delivered between 12:00 and 13:00.
3. Buraq Flash — ordering and cut-off
Order by 10:00 (UK time) for same-day delivery. After 10:00 you are ordering for the next working day. Every order shows its delivery date before you pay.
Cancellation
Cancel free until 10:00 on the delivery day, in the app or by replying to your confirmation. After 10:00 the food is being cooked and the order is charged.
Payment
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through SumUp. Pay on delivery is available to returning customers only. Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT where applicable. Launch price £9.99 a box until 31 October 2026, usually £15.
4. Delivery area
Delivery is free across Cardiff — CF10 to CF24, plus the Cardiff Gate and St Mellons business parks. The checkout checks the postcode; we cannot accept addresses outside the area. We deliver to a reception or an agreed drop point, not to individual desks, and we message when the boxes leave the kitchen.
5. Allergens — your duty to tell us
Every Buraq box contains milk (the yoghurt raita). Made without the other 13 listed allergens as ingredients. Samosa pastry contains wheat. If anyone eating has an allergy or intolerance, tell us before you order — in the notes, in the quote form, or by phone — so we can advise honestly. The full allergen sheet lists every dish.
6. Buraq Table — team lunches and invoicing
Price and minimum
£14.99 a head until 31 October 2026 (usually £20), delivery included, from five people a day. Platters (samosas, pakoras, channa chaat) are priced per platter on your quote. Your quote states the agreed menu, per-head price, delivery time and any cost code.
Headcount
Confirm the headcount by 10:00 on the working day before delivery. We cook to that number.
Invoicing

Trial week and contract
Every Table account starts with a trial week. There is no long contract and no minimum term: you can stop at any time before the next headcount confirmation. Launch offers (First Table on us; £25 referral credit each) are valid to 31 October 2026, one per site, and are applied as credit on the invoice.
7. Food safety and quality
Level 2 food-safety trained; hygiene rating awaited (inspected after launch). £5,000,000 public and product liability insurance. If anything is wrong with your order, tell us the same day and we will put it right or refund it.
8. The app, the Office link and Mr Flash
Sign-in is by a one-time email code. An organiser who creates an office is responsible for who joins it and, for employer-paid offices, for the boxes ordered through it. Mr Flash is an assistant: it can answer questions and note requests, but it cannot issue vouchers, confirm orders or make claims about halal status, allergens or hygiene ratings beyond our fixed statements.
9. General
