Scroll sideways on a phone. Dish contents are the standard recipes; the box label on the day is the final word.
Cross-contact
Everything is cooked in one dedicated kitchen used only for Buraq. It handles milk every day and wheat when samosas are on. Our masalas are ground from whole spices we buy ourselves. We do not use nuts, peanuts, sesame, eggs, fish, shellfish, soya, celery, mustard, lupin or sulphites as ingredients, but this is a working kitchen and we cannot promise zero cross-contact. If someone has a severe allergy, tell us before you order and we will say honestly whether we can cater for them.
