How does ordering work each day?

Confirm your headcount by 10:00 the working day before — by replying to our message, or from the organiser’s roster in the app. Hooria cooks that morning and the lunches arrive at reception between 12:00 and 13:00, each labelled with a name. Changes to individual orders are free until 10:00 the working day before.

How do we pay?

One payment for the team — by card in the app, or an invoice if you prefer. No per-order fees. The terms have the detail, including change windows for platters and larger headcounts.

What about dietary needs and allergens?

Every lunch: Contains milk (the yoghurt). Made without the other 13 listed allergens as ingredients. Buraq Table platters are different: samosa pastry contains wheat, and channa chaat contains milk. If wheat or gluten matters to you, tell us before ordering platters. Vegetable curry is the vegetarian option. Tell us in the quote form and we’ll label each lunch accordingly. The allergen sheet lists every dish.

Is there a minimum?

Five people a day. Under five? Put a Buraq Flash poster in the staff kitchen and colleagues order for themselves at £9.99 a box.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Start with a trial week and carry on if the team wants to.
