Questions
Confirm your headcount by 10:00 the working day before — by replying to our message, or from the organiser’s roster in the app. Hooria cooks that morning and the boxes arrive at reception between 12:00 and 13:00, each labelled with a name. Changes to individual boxes are free until 10:00 the day before.
One itemised invoice on the 1st of the month, 14-day terms, by bank transfer. No card needed and no per-order fees. The terms have the detail, including change windows for platters and larger headcounts.
Every box contains milk (the yoghurt). Made without the other 13 listed allergens as ingredients; samosa pastry contains wheat. Vegetable curry is the vegetarian box. Tell us in the quote form and we’ll label each box accordingly. The allergen sheet lists every dish.
Five people a day. Under five? Put a Buraq Flash poster in the staff kitchen and colleagues order for themselves at £9.99 a box.
